Due to the current regulations and limited reimbursements of insurance companies that force most private practices to see multiple patients per hour, leading to poor quality patient care, I do not participate with any insurance networks.  I am happy to provide you with appropriate bills for you to apply for out-of-network reimbursement.

​Fees will be expected at the time of treatment in the form of cash, check, Venmo or Zelle.

​NYS allows direct access to physical therapy evaluation and treatment for 10 visits, or 30 days, before a prescription is required. Your insurance company may however still require a prescription in order to provide reimbursement. It is advised you check with your insurance plan for guidelines.

​Cancellations are expected 24 hours in advance, or a charge may be ensued.
